This historic family owned river camp, originally built in 1875,  has been expanded throughout the years to include a sprawling 4 bedroom main house, guest house, detached garage with apartment, and pool house. The main home, on its third generation within the same family received a nostalgic restoration and retains an incredible amount of charm and family history, while the other structures on the property needed more thurough renovations. The completed pool house was nautically inspired with reclaimed port hole windows, custom mirror, and lighting throughout. These details along with thoughtful wood detailing set the stage for this cabanna space. The guest home, originally a single room cabin, was rebuilt from the foundation up, retaining its original scale and proportion on the exterior while receiving a mid century inspired interior. The mature landscaping was brought back to life with careful editing and the addition of a crushed limestone driveway and new gardens bringing the property to the street.
